Smoked salmon, cod & prawns with ginger & lemon grass with a chilli dip

Button mushrooms sautéed in a creamy tomato, cayenne pepper & paprika sauce served on wholemeal toast

Succulent chicken breast coated in herbed breadcrumbs smothered in a stilton sauce

Tender chunks of steak & kidney in a thyme suet pastry served with a rich gravy

Tender chunks of lamb in a light tomato & Guinness sauce spiked with paprika, finished with sour cream

Whitworth Park’s version of this traditional dish. Served with a jug of our rich gravy
