Tender beef slowly cooked with seasonal vegetables and a red wine sauce encased in suet pastry, smothered with our rich gravy

Fillet of salmon topped with ricotta and asparagus served with a dill and white wine sauce

Roasted Vegetable & Sun-dried Tomato Tart (V)

Roasted pepper, onion, aubergine, mushroom and sun-dried tomato tart
