Stilton Chicken

Succulent chicken breast coated in herbed breadcrumbs smothered in a stilton sauce

Beef, Vegetable and Red Wine Suet Pudding 

Tender beef slowly cooked with seasonal vegetables and a red wine sauce encased in suet pastry, smothered with our rich gravy

Fishermans Pie

Salmon, haddock, coli & smoked cod in a creamy lemon sauce topped with mash potato & cheddar cheese

Whole Tail Scampi

Whole tail deep fried scampi served with mushy peas & tarter sauce

Mediterranean Vegetable Lasagne (v)

Mediterranean vegetables roasted in oregano & layered with pasta, rich tomato sauce & topped with cheese

Fudge Cake

Chocolate fudge cake served hot or cold & with cream or ice cream

Treacle Sponge

Classic sponge with lashings of treacle and custard or ice cream

Vegetable & beanshoots in hoi sin sauce wrapped in filo pastry served with a sweet plum dip

Field mushroom slowly roasted with garlic & topped with mozzarella on ciabatta bread

Under the Sea (for two people to share)

Thai fishcake, Scampi, garlic & ginger prawns & filo prawns with all their dips/salsas and a crispy salad

Grilled plaice served with a caper, garlic & herb butter finished with fresh lemon

Salmon, butternut squash, ricotta, spinach in filo pastry finished with a basil pesto sauce
