Slowly roasted duck leg on a cucumber, carrot, spring onion & pepper salad with a plum dressing

King and tiger prawns pan fried in Thyme, lemon and lime rested on a spring onion risotto

Mussels
Bantry bay mussels in white wine, shallot and parsley sauce with chunky brown bread for dipping!
